The Garden Porch Package


Our peaceful Garden Porch has covered seating for up to 15 guests. This covered porch area has lighted ceiling fans, a beautiful gas fireplace, and a propane fire-pit table. There is a comfortable porch swing, rocking chairs and 2 large wicker tables and one folding table with chairs to seat all of your guests.


Included:

  • 2 folding buffet tables with table linens (if needed).
  • 2 garbage receptacles with extra garbage bags.
  • Tables and chairs for all guests.
  • Themed decor.
  • Two restrooms on the main level
  • Parking for up to 15 vehicles.


Pricing:

  • $400 for 2 hours ($150 per additional hour)

The Garden Pavilion Package accommodates up to 75 guests. This package includes the use

of the outdoor pavilion, ADA-compliant bathrooms, and the gardens.

  • Tables and chairs for all guests
  • Themed decor
  • Two restrooms on the main level
  • Game Room/Theater
  • Parking for up to 30 vehicles.

  • $1200 for 3 hours ($150 per additional hour)
  • (30 min. prep, 2 hour event, & 30 min. cleanup)
  • Pricing is for up to 75 guests (Extra guests are an additional $10 per person)
